Mansions takes its name from the Asur age. Mardin's name
was arz-dobe in the asur age which meant holy place.
Erdoba
Mansions is a boutique hotel complex which consists in
two mansions. The Mansions are named as the top and the
ground mansions. The Top one was built in 1878.
The
Ground mansion consists of three parts. and one guess
is that it was built in the 1300s. The mansion added
itself to Mardin’s silhouette with its original
appearance and has 12 rooms each designed to a different
plan.
